This week we will be tasting two wines from the Monkey Bay winery in New Zealand.

Monkey Bay Chardonnay has a rich, creamy texture balanced by lively acidity. Flavors of ripe grapefruit, melon and peach linger on the palate in a crisp, dry finish. There is ripe citrus and tropical fruit on the nose.

This week we are tasting Raymond Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. We have paired these wines with Bruschetta with tomato and basil .
