2 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
2 oz Papaya Juice
Is there a better week to try a drink called Summer Rain? This is a beautiful drink that, if poured correctly, sits in the glass in layers. Just poor each ingredient slowly, preferably over the back of a spoon, to achieve the layered look. If your not that patient, go ahead and shake it up. It will taste just as good.
